Just being near each other…
I wish I could just sit near him on the couch every night while doing homework. The feel of just being so close to someone that isn’t my dog makes me feel like I’m not alone. His arms around me while watching tv. Him covering my eyes during a violent scene. Falling asleep with my head on his chest.

Last night's show!
To start I had amazing seats. Third row center (well not quite center, I was in front of Critter). Aoife O’Donovan had a great opening set. Yo Yo Ma was just a few rows behind me. So was Sarah Jarosz.

BUT THE LOAR IS ALIVE! Chris is touring with it. I know some of us were worried when the Dudenbostel made its appearance on Leno but the Loar was front and center tonight with NO broken strings.

Day 10: Favourite thing about him?
I have to pick one? I don’t think I can do that… I love how caring, understanding and attentive he is even hours away. I love his smile and his differently colored eye. I love the way he treats and the person that he is… I can’t pick just one thing.

My most recent concert
I went to their show in Lowell over the summer. I showed up early for the sound check and to stake out the location of my blanket. The guys nodded and smiled when I was spotted. During sound check I got to hear the first ever sound check of Who’s Feeling Young Now?.
The show was awesome and they performed Who’s Feeling Young Now? for the first time ever which made me quite excited....

Not strictly Punch Brothers but...
I got to see Chris Thile and Michael Daves on my 22nd birthday… TWICE.
Hugs from Chris. Slight recognition from Mike (I helped out at a bluegrass festival he was at a couple of summers before).
At the show in the evening I had people stalking me because they thought I was good friends with Chris judging from his hug at the afternoon show. I had groupies… it was strange…
